Sponsors can also elect to join our Sponsor Circle. Such organizations and individuals pledge to act as committed sponsors to the foundation for a specified amount of time; typically lasting for two years or longer. The foundation provides members of the Sponsor Circle with updates regarding the status of on going projects throughout the year.

Members of the Sponsor Circle designate a set amount that they intend to donate each year, which the foundation will then take into account when budgeting for the costs related to our programs. As the Board of Trustees approves the proposed budget three times a year, members of the Sponsor Circle will be sent a detailed proposal outlining where each dollar of their donation will be spent for a given project.

Through this arrangement, sponsors are able to make a long term commitment without having to make a large investment upfront. The Sponsor Circle allows also us the freedom to design new projects as they are needed without having to request funding until detailed plans have been approved and successfully outlined.
