After School Enrichment Program
By working closely with local public schools (K-12), we strive to match eager college volunteers with students who are in need of their tutoring and mentoring support. Our after school programs are centered around the development of skills in academic subjects where many of these students might require additional support; some of these include: mathematics, English/Language Arts, and for upper level students, the sciences such as Chemistry, Biology, etc.
Additionally, the Young Achievers after school programs are centered on the principle of empowerment through education and motivation. To that end, students involved in our programs participate in monthly book clubs, round table discussions, and regular journal entries where materials and writing prompts have been specifically chosen to inspire and encourage them to be able to see beyond their current circumstances.

Leadership Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops
Every year the foundation hosts student organized conferences on a variety of topics. Such conferences and seminars are adjusted to the needs and current conditions of the communities in which they are held.
Through our workshops and seminars we strive to educate the community to better enable it to provide its students with the necessary information to ensure their success in the future.

Achievers Worldwide Program
The Achievers Worldwide program is an ambitious effort to broaden the outreach of our organization and to provide our student members with an international perspective in the area of educational development. Through this initiative, students locate areas within developing countries to initiate projects that will benefit the local communities there in a number of ways.
Our organization is working to provide these communities with sustainable, renewable energy sources that can be used to power schools, orphanages, and community centers. Through unique partnerships with schools in these developing areas, our organization provides the students and teachers with books, supplies, and other resources.
