Professional Outreach Day
As a collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Young Achievers Foundation will host its annual Professional Outreach Day here at the University of Florida on Wednesday June 23, 2010.

The Professional Outreach Day is a fun and engaging event for underprivileged elementary-age students where they have an opportunity to learn more about an array of exciting future careers that they might not have access to in their respective communities.

The purpose of the event is to expose the children early on and hopefully influence them to remain in school and further their educations. Students will participate in a variety of hands on projects, demonstrations, and activities all while learning more about potential future careers.
